unable to send mail

Outgoing server settings are correct and have worked for the past 5 months. Today I am unable to send mail from my coast.net email address.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_inrsyi. That is definitely an issue we can assist you with from here. Do you get an error message when you are sending out an email, or does the message just not get sent?

@user_xjj5iw Hello, thanks for adding to the thread. We appreciate it, and are happy you thought of us to assist. We have the best tools, just like the Xfinity Assistant. It is the best resource to manage the account and service online when we are not available. It is my favorite as I can check the service health, and also reboot the wifi for dinner time. That ensures the kids come to eat, and that makes me very happy. Here is a link that I found for you to make it easy to use https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/. What happens when you sign in to your email directly, and send from it? I found the link for you to sign in directly here https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/.
