Unable to see any rewards
I have not been able to access rewards for months. A ticket was opened in December 2023 and I have heard nothing. I did make a follow up call to Xfinity, but they didn't have any answers. I have tried to access the rewards via the following: Xfinity app, Xfinity website, used Chrome, Chrome incognito, Edge, Edge incognito. Nothing works. I can login in Xfinity rewards, but there is no rewards, no my activity, nothing. This looks like this has been an ongoing issue for many Xfinity customers, essentially with no resolutions.
It has now been almost 2 months with no fix.

Thank you for reaching out to us on our community forums @Stormynight529! Our team would like to take a further look at the status of that ticket. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
