Unable to returned equipment purchased through xfinity

I purchased Storm ready wifi wifi xtender with xfinity and it only worked for a few weeks last year in march. I been trying to returned equipment for a year. Customer service keeps sending me to corporate store and corporate store sends me back to customer service and they don't  assist

Hello @Nicadolphins thank you for reaching out on our community forum. The storm ready Wi-Fi equipment would fall under the 1-year limited warranty now. Did you by chance fill out the returns and warranty replacement form attached in this link? Returns and warranty
