Unable to return equipment
Hi,
I recently moved to a city where Xfinity doesn’t have service and had to switch from Xfinity. I cam trying to return the equipment but I am not able to:
* Returns page does not list the device
* There are no Xfinity stores near me
How can I return? Can I take it to a UPS Store without a shipping label?

Thanks for reaching out, @user_a32021. We're sorry that we're no longer able to serve you. Returning via UPS would be your only option at this time. They will be able to package and ship it, free of cost.
