Unable to return device
I have been trying to return my storm ready device after I already returned my modem because at the time of my modem return, I “didn’t need to return it”.. then I was charged for it. I have had 3 pickups “scheduled” but they have no showed and I am unable to get a return label emailed to me! I need a resolution and I need to not be lied to anymore.

Hello @user_tg32em how are you? It sounds like your best bet is to return your Storm Ready device to an Xfinity store. Has it been more than 30 days since you bought the Pod? Storm Ready Devices have a 1-year warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee, but they need to be returned within that time. If you scheduled a pickup with UPS you will need to reach out to them about the missed pickups.
