Unable to renew current plan

Hello, I was hoping to renew my current plan as the current deal appears to be done, but I'm not having any luck. My family is happy with the package we currently had, provided what we needed for my family, and made it easy for the kids to use. Is there anyone that can help me keep my current plan without paying our newly increased price?

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
