I don't understand why there isn't a "Remove Account" option for a CLEARLY closed account that no longer has service once a new service has been activated elsewhere. -.-
I'll try reaching out to the customer service team when I have more time, but having looked for an answer myself, I've found several posts in the forum from a year ago with this same issue. And the only "Advice" offered from "Official Reps" is to transfer ownership to an imaginary person before unlinking it... which is not a reasonable workaround.
