Unable to Redeem Platinum Perk of Peacock

Trying to redeem the "Peacock Premium, on us" offer promised on the Platinum Xfinity Membership level.  But the option to redeem it is not there. Have searched for how to do it, but unable to redeem. Would love someone to help me active this benefit.

To discover the latest perks, discounts, and exclusives tailored for you, simply log in to your Xfinity Rewards dashboard. Anything currently listed there is ready for you to enjoy.

Please keep in mind that each benefit has a specific expiration date, and we rotate perks regularly to make room for new offers. If a previous reward is no longer visible, it has likely expired or moved out of the current weekly rotation.
To confirm, once signed in to your rewards page, does Peacock Premium subscription show as a current reward?

Seriously? Peacock Premium for Platinum customers has an "expiration date"??? It might have "moved out of the current weekly rotation"??? 

If correct (which seems highly unlikely) then https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-premium-offers and other Peacock Premium articles really need to be updated to reflect these bizarre limitations!

Yes I try to redeem and it sends me to a page that says I don’t have now service which I most definitely do

@user_wehnou The steps below are how to redeem the specific benefit through the membership process. Where are you running in to the error message?

 

1. Log in to your Xfinity membership account.
2. Click on the benefit titled Get Peacock Premium at no extra cost.
3. Choose Get This Benefit and follow the steps provided.
4. You’ll then receive an email with instructions on how to activate your offer. It may take a few hours to receive the email.

 

As a heads-up NOW internet by itself does not qualify for Xfinity Membership tiers. You must have at least one of the services below to qualify:

  • Xfinity Internet (Next Gen or Legacy speed tiers)
  • Internet Essentials/Internet Essentials Plus
  • Xfinity TV (new Xfinity TV tiers or Legacy Xfinity TV tiers)
  • Postpaid NOW TV/NOW TV Latino/NOW StreamSaver™
  • Xfinity Mobile (all generations, all data plans)
  • Xfinity Voice (Xfinity Voice Premier and Legacy Voice services)
  • Xfinity Home Security
  • Xfinity Smart Home
