Unable to redeem Peacock offer.

received email stating "Peacock is already yours. Claim it now at no extra cost. As a Diamond Xfinity member, you get Peacock Premium at no extra cost" - however, when I click the link I receive a message "you are not eligible to receive benefits". So am I eligible or not.  20+ year Xfinity customer.  Thank you.
