Unable to receive verification code [Edited]

The system asks for my email to send a code. I put in my email [Edited: "Personal Information"] . The system says I cannot use a comcast email.  The one I used is the only one I have. Now what?

I understand how important it is for you to be able to log in with a successful verification code. I am sorry to hear you are having issues receiving the code to your Comcast email. Are you receiving this error message on the XFINITY App or website?
