Unable to Purchase Unlimited Data Using Own Modem

When I attempt to purchase the $30 unlimited data option for my xfinity account, on which I use my own modem, I get a message stating “Temporarily Unavailable -The product you’re interested in isn’t available for purchase at this time.” 


Is there any way to remedy this? As I’m being charged extra for going over my data limit, this is time-sensitive. Thank you.
