Unable to process payments

I've been trying to pay my bill on the app since the Crowdstrike crash but it's telling me We are unable to process payments at this time due to technical issues. Please try again later.

it's been weeks now and I still cant pay. I dont want any disruptions on my service.

Thank you for meeting us in our forums,@Xekos. Sorry to hear about the trouble with your Xfinity app. We would not want you to have any disruptions either. Have you attempted to delete the app and download it again? You can also go online to xfinity.com and sign in with your Xfinity ID. You can also call Customer Service at 1-800-266-2278 and follow the prompts to pay over the phone.
