Unable to Print UPS Label for Equipment Return

I closed my account, and the UPS label that was sent to me did not work at the UPS store.   Now I can't generate a new label.   How can I return this equipment?  I moved to a place that does not have xfinity store anywhere close.   Please help me return this equipment.

user_tp78rv Thanks for reaching out! The UPS Store should be able to take the equipment for you, and send it back to us even if you don't have a label.
