Unable to pay bill

I closed my mobile account

I have tried numerous times to pay my final bill online and phone . I spoke with a representative and was told they can't do it. 

It's only $15.78.

No one will help me

Good afternoon user_g16wsq. Do you happen to have the Xfinity App? For customer protection and security we are not able to take payments over the phones, but it should allow you to make the final payment either by the Xfinity App or the website. What issue was it giving you on the website?

First it says 

Problem processing 

Then says payment declined.

There's no problem with my bank account.

I had automatic payments for years. All of a sudden my final payment cannot be processed.

Are you trying to make it from a stored / saved payment method? Or are you entering the information at the time of the attempt?
