Unable to move wifi service to new address

I'm moving to a new place tommorrow and need to move my wifi service over to the new address. When I try to do this online, after I type in the address I will be moving to, I am getting a page saying that this is a business address and I am stuck on that page. This address is not a business address, it is an apartment complex. Can anybody help me with this? I tried contacting customer support but I cannot find someone to speak to me about this.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
