Unable to Get Service

Hi, I am starting a new service and am not able to get past the payment section of the service. I have tried many times and even contacted my payment company to see if it was an error on their end but it wasn’t. Every time I try to finish the payment, I get the same error of: “Tokenization request is declined. Reason Code: 481 Reason Message: The order has been rejected by Decision Manager”. I am unsure of what to do as I have tried multiple different payment types and a private browser.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
