Unable to get peacock no matter how hard i try
I signed up and activated a 1 gig internet plan a few days ago. service is working fine, but one of the reasons i chose 1 gig over 500mb was for the 2 years of peacock.
I have spent several days chatting with reps and have gotten nowhere. one of them opened a ticket that was then closed without the issue being resolved. one sent me an email with instructions for activating, which i know how to do already. and one tried to get me to sign up for a mobile phone plan. so i'm posting here out of desperation.
the issue is that when i go to https://xfinity.com/activate-peacock, there is no option to activate. if i sign in to peacock tv (with email/userid on my xfinity account i have no subscription. i'm putting some screenshots below that help illustrate the issue. thanks for any ideas anyone has.
ok - uploading images is broken right now (tried both chrome and edge). i will try to upload later. but they show the subscriptions page with no option to activate peacock, along with proof that my peacock and xfinity email/userid are the same, as well as the fact that i have the 1 gig plan with peacock included.

So, let's check out your account to see what is going on. There is a known issue with a few of the newer plans so let's check out which one you signed up for.
