Unable to get live agent
There is supposed to be a outage here, I have no sign of it, yet the automated system will not allow me to speak to an agent, leave a comment or ask a question.
Extremely bad customer service when I do reach someone, another agent confirmed that the previous agent i spoke to [Edited: Forums Rule] to me about anything particular service, no number for exfinity store in Silverdale Washington where there Extremely rude and work with no knowledge of the product they sell.[Edited: Forums Rule]
