Unable to get help

Getting hung up on when I call and only offfers for a call back in 10 days online. Xfinity charging me thousands in erroneous charges for lines that are not mine. 

PLEASE HELP! I WILL HAVE TO CALL THE BBB AND SWITCH CARRIERS SOON.

Here are the details of the erroneous charges:

I should not be charged August, September and October.
 
Nov 10-Dec 9 Statement
I should not be charged $801.79 for Japan charges.
 
Sep 10-Oct 9 statement
I should not be charged 2,059.03.

There’s no indication of wait time for the chat and no notifications of responses. The person who responded did not do so in a timely manner and said my account was unable to be found. COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. MUST CANCEL AND MOVE TO ANOTHER CARRIER.
