Unable to get help via customer service

If I didnt hqve Xfinity through my HOA, I would cancel right now. I can’t get through to a customer service person and their chat and phone services are completely useless. I’m going to have to put my newborn baby in the car and drive to a store because their customer service is so terrible. I will be reporting this to the HOA and asking them to consider switching providers
