Unable to Establish Service
I am trying to establish a new account in an existing apartment complex but when I enter the address and unit number at the Xfinity service page, Xfinity says it looks like a business address and only offers business options. What now?

@user_yaohv6 Thanks for your post! We can definitely look over your address to see what is going on. It sounds like it was set up for business before, but we will need to confirm (and then switch it back). Can I get you to send a DM to "Xfinity Support" with your name and address, please? Thank you!
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right corner or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

@user_yaohv6 Thank you for taking the time to work with us! I am glad we were able to find your address in the system, and you can now order online. It is a good rule of thumb to use the address listed specifically in the lease. Some apartments have 3 different addresses depending on the system. I will be closing this thread.
