Unable to downgrade internet plan

I am trying to downgrade my internet service but I am unable to do so online. I tried to call but they made me hold and then hung up on me. Please resolve the issue ASAP

To clarify, were you attempting to repackage your service using our Plan Builder, by chance? Or were you simply logged into My Account online, trying to make changes that way?
