Unable to contact customer service re: billing issue
Yesterday I received an email saying my payment was overdue. But I sent payment back on 12/2. Xfinity Live Chat is useless - they take forever to communicate, and they seem more intertested in pointless chit-chat ("How are you doing today?", or " I'll make my best effort to resolve your issue today.") Calling on the phone is just as bad. You have to explain your issue and hope the AI understands, and navigate through all sorts of menus. Only for the call to be ended after several minutes. I tried three times, and that's what happened each time. Anyone have a suggestion?
