Unable to Contact Customer Service by Phone - Stuck in Phone Menu

While trying to set up a move for my internet service, I was told by the web form that I needed to call 1-844-244-8163 to complete the process. I've now tried calling the number several times and I can't get past the phone menu; it just keeps looping the same prompt over and over.

When I call, I hear an automated voice that gives the typical "thanks for calling" spiel, then tells me to press 1 if I'm an existing customer, 2 if I'm a new customer, etc. After pressing 1, I'm met with the same voice repeating the same message: "thanks for calling", yada yada, "if you're an existing customer please press 1", and so on. This repeats a couple more times before it just starts making a beeping sound like the line disconnected.

I've tried selecting other menu options but it doesn't seem to affect anything.

This doesn't really feel like an appropriate question to bring to a forum like this, but since I can't find a customer service email address anywhere and calling obviously isn't working, I'm posting here as a last resort.

Can you please reach out to us through direct message with your first and last name, name on the account if different and service address?
