Unable to connect with an agent.

I try to manage my account/switch my plan and get told that the was an issue that requires more support, so I need to call. I tried to ask about a certain charge but get told I have to speak to a live agent to do so. However, every time i try to use the xfinity chat, I get told that no agents are available and to call the number provided. I call the number provided and ask to speak to an agent, but get redirected to the chat. I go to xfinity.com/schedule-callback and it says it’s unavailable and i should use the virtual chat. I tried to add a tag to this post and it said error and refreshed the entire page. What am I supposed to do?
