Unable to connect to Peacock

Peacock is included with my plan, but I am unable to connect. My status in infinity says active but I am still unable to connect.

Have you already tried the steps listed on our support page cover how to Activate Peacock Premium from an Xfinity or NOW promotional offer? If so, is there a specific error message you receive at any point?
