Unable to Complete Survey
Hello! I had a wonderful experience with a live chat agent today, but the survey at the end of the chat session never seemed to appear? I learned afterwards that downloading the transcript will prevent the survey from showing and now I'm not sure what to do! I want to make sure it's known how helpful this agent was, is there an alternative way to send my praise?

To leave feedback for a memorable experience with our service agents you can fill out our feedback form. You'll select the Employee Recognition option from the drop down and provide some context about your interaction!
Please also note that sending unsolicited direct messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a direct message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. This is just a heads up for future reference.
