Unable to check order status for Xfinity Internet

I placed an order for Xfinity Internet as a new customer on August 21, 2023, with the option of getting delayed shipping for the Getting Started kit with the expected arrival date being September 1-2, 2023. I received an order confirmation on the same day as the order. Upon visiting xfinity.com/myplan, the website displays this as a pending order with the self-install kit mentioning standard shipping of 3 - 5 business days.

However, I have yet to receive an email with any confirmation of the shipping and I just wanted to know the expected timeline. Additionally, I am unable to see any billing information on both the mobile app and the website, so I was wondering if there is something amiss. I would appreciate it if someone from Xfinity could clarify regarding the above, thank you!
