Unable to change shipping address for online order

I am trying to order a phone online but i can’t change the shipping address at all. Everything is correct in the account.

Ariel2790 Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. Is this an Xfinity Mobile order? If so, we are only able to deliver to the Xfinity Internet service address listed on our biller. Is there a reason why you want it delivered somewhere else?

I too would like to edit the shipping address to an address where there is no sales tax or pick it up at the Xfinity store (where there is no sales tax). 

OR can I buy the new phone at the Xfinity store itself and avoid the tax?

All preorders are placed online and shipped. Since they have to be shipped to the address on file, it would be subject to your state's sales tax.
