Unable to change plan online

When trying to downgrade my service online (via "Need to change your plan?"), I get a message that "Your order deserves a little more attention.
Unfortunately, we're unable to complete your request online, but our knowledgeable representatives are available to help you right now."  Can someone from Xfinity Customer Service here help me with changing my plan?  Thank you.

Hi @user_j43n53 we can certainly help with this! Sometimes a plan will no longer be offered or the type of bundle is no longer available and you may see this message. 

So, let's take a look at what is going on and help with changing your plan. 

 

Please send a direct message with your full name and service address to get started. 

 

To send a direct message: 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
