Unable to change address

I just moved from MA to CA and had ~1 month in between my leases. I just tried to change my address on the Xfinity website however, when I select the Look up your new address option I get sent to an error page with a blue question marking stating "Looks like you can't make changes to this plan. Please contact the account owner to continue."

I am the account owner so I don't know why it's redirected me to myself. Also I'm not sure why I can't update my address.

P.S.

If you write a forum post without an account and get asked to create a new account the site just deletes your work and never posts it

If you are trying to transfer your services from MA to CA then a wonderful agent would need to assist in the transfer. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
