anytime I go into my account and into settings this comes up. My school email is shutting down so I need to change what email is associated with my account, but I am unable to do so.

Good Evening @user_37b333, thanks so much for taking the time to reach us here via Xfinity Forums and letting us know about these website issues. What browser are you using? Have you attempted alternate browsers, clearing cache/cookies, or using incognito mode with the same results?

@XfinityAlfonso I have tried on firefox and microsoft edge. on edge it gives the error "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'trim').". I have tried clearing the cache, deleting cookies, and using incognito mode and no change occurred.

Thank you for confirming.  We're not seeing any indications of en masse issues with the website, so we'll be happy to take a closer look at this for you. Please connect with us 1-1, so we can get started.

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Peer to peer" / "Private chat message" message to Xfinity Support:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon or https://comca.st/3wjbsKk

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
