Unable to Cancel
My billing period ends on Aug-4. I cannot drive to an Xfinity store between now and then. When I call, the call drops after a few minutes, when I try to request a callback online, I get an error that it's not working and to keep trying (I've tried 5-6 times). Online chat does not assist, it just refers me to the non-working callback option. How do you cancel services? is my only choice an FTC complaint for deceptive/manipulative billing practices??
at this point it's looking like an intentional push to force me to pay for an additional month.
