Unable to Cancel Xfinity Service Online – Request Immediate Cancellation
I am writing because there is no online option available to cancel my Xfinity service, I believe there should be one implemented to better serve customers. When I try to follow the instructions at https://www.xfinity.com/support/issue-reporting/payment-refund and it says "To change or cancel service, fill out this form." but the page does not lead anywhere or allow me to complete a cancellation request.
Additionally, your system only allows scheduling a callback after two days, which is very inconvenient and feels like an unnecessary delay. This process is unfair to customers and wastes their time.
Please update your website and system to reflect accurate and functioning cancellation options. I am requesting that my Xfinity service be canceled immediately.
