Unable to cancel Xfinity Mobile due to account access issue — need escalation

I need to permanently cancel my Xfinity Mobile service. I do not need to keep one of my phone number, and I have no remaining device balance.
I already tried tons of time to visit stores in multiple location, tones of phone call and they said they cannot access to my account to manage mobile lines and I cannot either.
we're just paying hundred dollar bills every month without any answer and any help we request to get.

at the very first time we wanted to port out so I have already contacted customer service multiple times and have visited an Xfinity Store three times and they said they cannot tdo anything after tons of hours of precious weekends. so now I just want to cancel it without trying to port out anymore. now I recognize it's suck and dumb.

The cancellation still cannot be processed because there appears to be an account-access/configuration issue.

I am the account owner and need this escalated to the appropriate Xfinity Mobile team.

Please have an official Xfinity employee assist me and let me know when I can provide my account information through Direct Message.

I will be more than happy to help with your request. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
