Unable to Cancel TV premium service and Phone from my current plan only and Direct Messaging does not work

Hello, I've followed the directions and links in the previous post on this forum for canceling premium TV and phone services, but I'm still unable to resolve the issue online. I've attempted to use links to direct messaging, but the Xfinity assistant keeps stating that my user role is not authorized. When I've verified that I am a manager on this account, please assist in resolving this issue so we can cancel our TV and Phone services from our current Xfinity plan and turn in our cable boxes to the nearest Xfinity store.

Hi user_3htto4! I get frustrated when some sites won't allow me log in as well. You reached out to the right team, and we'll do everything we can to help! Is it possible that the Xfinity ID that your logging into might be linked to another account? Also, when you received this error message from the Xfinity Assistant, were you trying to log in through the Xfinity website, or through the Xfinity App?

I was accessing the Xfinity Assistant using the Xfinity website.
