Unable to cancel pending order

I had gone into my Xfinity account reviewing plan options. I did not move forward with those so they are still sitting in "my cart" because you cannot go back and remove your potential changes so it appears I have a pending order but I do not. Now, I want to go in and make a change but when I move through the process, I get to the end and the Review Order page does not have a summary like it notes. There is a Previous and Submit Order button. I go back and try to get the page to refresh and show the review of my changes before submitting the order but I get stuck in the same cycle. I did a chat and they could not make any changes and said I have to wait for the order to process but that has not happened. I can't do this on the web, via the app, or via chat. It is almost like a gotcha because you cannot unpack your cart. So frustrating.
