Unable to cancel Peacock

I subscribed to Peacock through the X1 box . I now only have internet and do not have a TV plan any more. I turned in the X1 box. Per instructions posted a X1 box or Xuma box is necessary to cancel Peacock subscription. Could you please direct me to the proper contact to cancel subscription.

user_2llryf Thank you for your post for help on how to manage your Peacock subscription now that you do not have a box. We do have lots of internet only customers that use Peacock on streaming devices they manage their Subscription options using these steps.
  1. Go to the Entertainment Management page on xfinity.com.
    • Note: Make sure you’re signed in to your Xfinity account using your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. From this page, click on the Peacock tile.

When I go to that page Peacock tile is not present.  I need help to cancel, thank you
