Unable to cancel from abroad
Hi, I want to cancel my Xfinity Internet service because I have returned to my home country, Japan. I couldn’t find a way to cancel the service online. The company’s chat bot directed me to use a phone call-back system; however, they do not accept non-US phone numbers, so I am unable to cancel my service from Japan. I would really appreciate it if you could share any advice or solutions. Thank you very much.
