Unable to browse other plan options
My household only has an internet plan - I believe it's the performance + plan for $70/mo, which give us 75mbps. I want to change plans to see if we have access to faster internet, as I've seen other plans for the same price with much faster speeds, but I am unable to load other offers through xfinity. I click the "view all offers" option when trying to change my internet speed and this is what I see - nothing. Is there a way I can directly contact xfinity because I feel like we are stuck on an older plan and I do not want to spend my money on something like this when I can get better for the same price.
