Unable to add unlimited data

Unable to add the $30/mo Unlimited Data option

​When I click on the link (​​https://www.xfinity.com/buy/plan/checkout/XFINUDAT​​) to add unlimited data to my plan I get the following error:​

​Temporarily unavailable​

​The product you’re interested in isn’t available for purchase at this time.​

​Get updates​​ about Xfinity Home, Xfinity Cameras, and 24/7 Video Recording.​

​How do I go about getting it added?  I am not interested in adding the Xfi complete as I prefer to own my own modem/gateway.​

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely help you by adding in the unlimited data feature. To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (top right corner)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it.

Thank you, Marcella. I was able to reach someone via the chatbot service. I ran into a few dead ends when trying to bypass the canned response of the chatbot, till I typed “real person” (LOL) prior to getting connected to a real representative who was helpful and helped me add the service.
