Unable to Add Unlimited Data Option

I am attempting to add the option for unlimited data to my Internet plan ($30 with my own equipment) and I'm being redirected to a site stating that it is "Temporarily Unavailable." I've seen multiple threads with other users having the same exact issue. Can I be put in contact with someone that can add this to my account. Thank You

I too am having that problem, and would like to get assistance adding the unlimited plan to my equipment.

After calling and waiting over an hour on hold, I was able to quickly have this option added but we really should be able to do this online!

Thanks, I was able to take care of it with a phone call. Unlike the other person, I was on hold for like 5 seconds and had the absolute best customer service experience by a lady named Alexa. So I'm good.
