Unable to Add Services

Hello,

I've been trying to add services for a while, specifically I'd like to add TV. I've tried on the website, but was unable to add it there as it kept redirecting me somewhere else. I've tried over chat, and they said they couldn't add it there either. I'm looking for help adding TV service!

Please send us a direct message with your name and service address. From there we will help out with reviewing the different TV channel services and options and help set up an order for you!

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I’m having the same problem. The phone app is useless and I refuse to keep trying with it so I’m trying to access via the website And the phone automated answering system is a nightmare as well. I just wanna add service. Is that such a bad thing?
