Unable to activate Peacock

I recently got Xfinity and every time I try to activate Peacock, I get a message. I should get it free for two years

Good Morning, @Lauren_s! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I do apologize about the experience with activating the Peacock Premium. At this time, our engineering team is aware of a known issue that is preventing customers from activating the service, and they are working as quickly as possible to resolve it. We don't currently have an ETA to have it resolved, and we do recommend continuing to attempt to activate periodically through the email that you received. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns, we are happy to help.

thank you so much for reaching out! Since we only have two months to get it activated what happens if the issue is not fixed before the two month mark?

That is a great question, @Lauren_s! With this being a known issue, the subscription would only being from the moment the system allows you to activate, and if you have any further troubles once it is resolved, we can help further troubleshoot. But since we are aware, there should be no issue with activating past that 2-month mark.
