Good Morning, @Lauren_s! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I do apologize about the experience with activating the Peacock Premium. At this time, our engineering team is aware of a known issue that is preventing customers from activating the service, and they are working as quickly as possible to resolve it. We don't currently have an ETA to have it resolved, and we do recommend continuing to attempt to activate periodically through the email that you received.
