unable to activate peacock

When I go to https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions or https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock, I do not see peacock as an option to activate.  I have call multiple times for support but to no available.  I'm trying this hoping I can get a fix.

user_4tytup Thank you so much for reaching out for help with setting up a Peacock subscription. Have you, by chance, recently moved? If so, when you access your Xfinity profile, do you see the old address for your account, and if so, is it currently set as the default account

Yes, I did recently move.  And I remove the old account from my profile already.  So the default address is my current address i'm living in now.
