unable to activate peacock premium that I claimed through Xfinity Rewards
I claimed peacock premium through Xfinity Rewards (platinum customer). I received an email to activate through Xfinity assistant. When signing into the assistant, there is no banner to activate. It states on my bill that I have it, but on my xfinity box no subscription. I have called Xfinity and they have opened a ticket, but still nothing. This whole process is very frustrating. It should be very simple. Please help.
