Unable to Activate Peacock Premium subscription
I have upgraded my internet from 500 Mbps to 1000 Mbps. It includes the Peacock Premium package. However, when I try to activate the Peacock account, I don't see any activation button. I also tried to launch the URL "xfinity.com/activate-peacock," but it redirects to "xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions." In this section, I don't see any button to activate.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
