Unable to activate Peacock Premium as Diamond member

There is no option to redeem Peacock Premium within my account and would like to take advantage of this benefit

@user_tzklo7 Hi there! We want you to be able to take advantage of your membership has to offer! Are you signing in with your primary Xfinity ID?

 

See below for activation steps: 

 

  1. Log in to your Xfinity membership account.
  2. Click on the benefit titled Get Peacock Premium at no extra cost.
  3. Choose Get This Benefit and follow the steps provided.
  4. You’ll then receive an email with instructions on how to activate your offer.
    • It may take a few hours to receive the email.

If you already have a paid Peacock subscription, you may need to cancel your existing subscription and wait until the end of the billing cycle before activating Peacock. For instructions on canceling your existing subscription, see peacocktv.com/help/article/cancellation.

Important notes for Diamond and Platinum tier Xfinity members:

  • You must use your primary Xfinity ID and password to log in to Xfinity membership portal and redeem your Peacock Premium offer.
    • If you can’t sign in to your online account and need to reset your Xfinity password, follow these instructions.
  • Once you redeem your offer through Xfinity membership, go to the Peacock app and sign in using your Peacock login credentials.

Yes I’m logging in with the primary account. There isn’t an option to select Get this benefit when viewing the benefit. It just has a Learn More link with no details. Under the subscriptions page, it states Peacock Premium is included with no status specified

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
