Unable to access online support text chat (with an actual agent.) Does it still exist?

I'm attempting to use the Xfinity Assistant to reach an agent and it seems to only direct you to a support phone number or the callback system. I can't find a way to initiate a text chat with a live agent, if that feature still exists.

My support concern involves a bit of a complicated plan management and billing issue, and for personal reasons I won't be able to conduct the interaction over the phone or voice chat.

If the support can be done over direct message in this forum, that would also be sufficient.
