Unable to access email

My email suddenly stopped receiving messages about a week ago. I do not see any way to check the incoming and outgoing email settings fro the settings gear at the top of the page. I also tried setting up a Yahoo account and got an error message there do. Can you please check on your end to see if anything is amiss? Thank you.

user_2xw2fs Thanks for creating a post. For clarity, are you using the Xfinity web portal to access your email, or through a third-party client such as Thunderbird or Outlook? Do you recall if there were any recent changes with adding/removing another email account? I've seen a few times where adjustments like these can also change the settings for the whole profile. If using a third-party client, you can also check these settings to ensure everything is connected and communicating correctly.
